Teachers need to be kind to children they teach, and should be always open to ideas. They should be appropriately strict, but should not be overly uptight. They should teach objectively instead of their own ideas of studies.
What characteristics do you think teachers should have?
My opinion all teachers are different and they all have wonderful personality’s ( Though theachers who scream for no reason is W-R-O-N-G-!-!)
The man is hiralious😀!
(I think I got the spelling wrong)
In my opinion, a teacher's charecteristics should be strict if someone did a wrong thing.
The teacher should be kind when just teaching.
I say they need kindness in their words also sometimes funny like Ben Teacher he was funny when learned from him.
A teacher should shut their pie hole and realise they're not the most sagacious nor most learned person in the room - the kids are. 🤤
They need to also be empathetic to REALLY understand and value the beliefs and feelings of their wonderful students. For example, Jayden LOATHES it when I use the Zoom announcing feature. I love it, but because it's important to be empathetic, I only use it 13 times each class to ensure he doesn't throw his computer out of the atmosphere of Earth and hit a passing asteroid or sentient alien tourist who's riding around the galaxy in a stealthy spaceship we're unable to see. 👽
A great teacher should LISTEN to what students say in order to answer their questions, provide them with useful feedback and to CONNECT with what they are saying in order to help them. A teacher who simply LECTURES all day without actually communicating with anyone is not actually teaching at all, in my opinion... they're just talking.
