I know all of you in Korea are OBSESSED with the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type test, Jayden. So, I've respond to your question with some things I know about it.
First of all, it is a self-report questionnaire, which means that the person has to say information about themselves. Could this information be incorrect? Of course! Is everything you say about yourself absolutely the truth the whole the truth and nothing but the truth? Of course not! Even if you TRY to be exactly honest, how we perceive ourselves is not necessarily how others perceive us. So, even though the test tries to give accurate results by asking you the same types of questions in different ways to get your real answer (all great questionnaires do this, by the way), it is still information and results that are based on a (potentially) biased and un-objective opinion.
Not only that, but your results are not necessarily indicative of the exact type of person you are. I am personally of the opinion that personalities change over time, particularly if you are quite young. ALL of you Jool students are still at the age when your very personalities are being formed. Some things will stay the same, though other things might still be in flux.
Finally, and to answer your question, the MBTI test is definitely based on science and psychology and statistics, though it is definitely not perfect because of all the reasons I listed and explained above. You can play around with it if you like, and maybe it can help you find some of your strengths and weaknesses, but don't take it to be the only version of you that exists or could ever exist! You are much more than an answer on a silly test! :D
I hope you saw this post from your fellow Joolian https://www.sayhijool.com/forum/questions-answers/mbti-what-is-it-written-by-bunniejennie
