It's a little late, but I found out about 'The Candle of the Sapper' - a newspaper that is only published every 4 years!
It's only on its twelfth edition - it was first published in 1980. It is the only quadrennial (4 year) newspaper in the world.
What stories and articles would you include in a newspaper that only updated every 1461 days? What slowly updating stories could you include? Maybe the Pitch Drop experiment (which has been going on since 1927). Or these sisters who have sent the same birthday card back and forth for 12 years? The Pitch Drop experiment is fascinating! If anyone wants to see it in action, here is a live-stream of it: http://thetenthwatch.com/feed/
I found this article, which may be perfect for a quadrennial newspaper:
"Jonathan the Tortoise: World’s oldest living land animal celebrates 191st birthday " (2023)

I'm pretty sure this record won't be broken in the next quadrennial!
