Nooooooooooo
I think it is too hard to make.
People keep saying that I need to write what I want but what exatly?
And it's different for everyone so some might think my poem is excellent or terrible.
It's very not organized about which is good or bad.
Do you like poetry?
I love it!
Well, just nothing. No feelings.
Maybe?
Noooooooo. I HATE IT!
Interesting fact: The most important and oldest 'English' poem is Bēowulf. It is an Old English epic poem in the tradition of Germanic heroic legend consisting of 3,182 alliterative lines. I bet you can't read this Old English? 😃

I love poetry! NOT ALL POETRY, though! One must explore the world of poetry by reading a variety of forms and authors. Poetry is filled with imagery and metaphors, expressing deep emotion and remarkable insight.
In writing poetry, one of the best ways to practice technique is to write in traditional forms. We all, with practice, might move others to feel something that we have felt or to see the world as we do. If we’ve got that spark, technique gives us a way to share it.
Here are some interesting traditional forms with examples, from all over the world (not only English forms):
