I don't know about the best food. My dad cooks delicious food all the time and I can't decide. But, I'm sure about the worst food. It was when I once ate a bolicoli and Mac and chese. My friends said it was terrible and rotten. It was probabbly some frozen food. After that, I NEVER ate that again.
