What else could we do with an army of construction ants? Could we do away with all of that carbon producing construction technology and ask our ant friends for some help? By 'help' of course, we mean tricking them into helping us by spraying pheromones everywhere because that's how most make decisions! WOW! I never thought of them!😅
Sol says:
"To use the ant army, when we leave snack crumbs, we can call them. For example, once I eat snacks, and throw the left over to the ground. Then the ant would come and clean everything perfectly for me. I could hire them as the cleaners. I can save energy, and the ants could earn new energy at the same time."
Diana says:
"Maybe by using ants, we can make a new form transportation with their diligence and swiftness. They could build busses or trains easily. This saves time and avoids pollution caused by factories."
Sua says:
" Maybe we can make the ants eat our leftovers.
It's because we might have too much leftovers and we can just give it to the ants.
For example, if we have too much leftovers, it might stink and that would be horrible!"
David says:
"We can use these ants as a gardener. They will catch pests and give water to plants. Ants should go million times to get water from sink. Or for reducing energy, we can put all the ants in the town to build roads.^^"
Lily says we can ask the ants to make a garden where they grow food for us to eat and chase away other bugs!
Rina says:
We should get the ants to make a swimming pool so that the ants can have fun and be joyful like us!
Aiden says we can use them to dig for fossils! They can do all the hard work for us :)
Jion says they should build a one-thousand-meter palace made of leaves. 🍃🍃🍃
Chad says they should build a huge chunk of land to unite South Korea and the American continent. Its layers include a huge mat of floating leaves at the base, and a one-kilometer-thick crust of crackers, chocolate and metlted ice cream. It would have inhabitants and railroads so Jool students could take the train to the US anytime.
(I like that plan, train travel is much less harmful for the environment!)
Ella says that: We should have an ant colony make trails when we visit the forest. These trails could lead us back to where we started so that we wouldn't ever get lost. They could also help us find different plants or animals there. Therefore, ants are cool, and people should use them to help us!
Yuan says: We can use ant pheromones to make a trap for invasive species. If they eat ants, they will follow the smell and get stuck in the trap. Unfortunately, this plan only works if the invasive species eats ants! At the same time, we don't want to trap other animals; so, we must only put the traps near where the invasive species live. I think this would help humanity because right now our ecosystems are in danger, and this strategy would help maintain a correct balance in our ecosystems.
Celine says:
We could use ants as a drill to make holes when building houses, so that we don't use batteries. They could also dig holes in the ground for us to plant vegetables and flowers.
Lucas says:
We could get them to make an enormous house for people to live in, by making layer by layer of dirt and using rocks so that the dirt does not fall down.
