How does the Jool History & Sociology teach it?
Jool History & Sociology starts with a clear purpose, help kids understand the subject in an advanced way, miles ahead of school, in a way they LOVE! We make sure our students have all of the academic skills needed for university, never mind primary or secondary school!
Some of our students have been studying history with us for 4 years and simply fell in love with it. Why?
1. Our history teachers and books are tons of fun. Yes, they're advanced, but it doesn't feel like a chore when you're being so creative and having a blast.
2. History is the most exciting, incredible story with fascinating characters, so we use that element. We act, we dramatise, and put ourselves in the shoes of our characters.
3. History often gets stuck in the past without connecting to the present. We make sure to take every lesson we learn from history and apply it to the present, making it relevant and significant for our students.

The Jool Reading List
We want all students and parents to succeed, so we put together a Jool reading list from grades 1-9 with the books we think every student MUST read and study. It's free and a game-changer. We want to help every student who meets Jool and this is a start!
